From Trinidad & Tobago
to Texas
Born in Trinidad and Tobago, Kenneth Thompson brought the bold flavors of the Caribbean straight into the heart of Dallas-Fort Worth. Alongside his wife Christina — a proud United States Air Force Veteran — they built Trinibites TXS from the ground up. A Trinidad boy with island recipes and a decorated veteran with the discipline to execute — together they're serving authentic Caribbean flavor right here in DFW.
Every dish is made from scratch using time-honored family recipes: slow-braised oxtail, aromatic curry goat, sauté salmon, and the vibrant soups and stews that define T&T food culture. Authentic. Hearty. Unforgettable.
